Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

1. Validity
   Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.
2. Redemption
   Vouchers may be redeemed against accommodation, dining, activities, or other services at Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort, subject to availability and any specific exclusions noted on the voucher.
3. Advance Booking Required
   All vouchers must be used in conjunction with an advance booking. Please quote the voucher number at the time of booking and present the voucher on arrival.
4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
   Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may not be transferred or resold.
5. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
   Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed vouchers. 
6. Cancellation Policy
   Bookings made using gift vouchers are subject to the resort’s standard cancellation and no-show policy. Failure to cancel within the permitted timeframe may result in the voucher being deemed redeemed.
7. Exclusions
   Vouchers may not be valid on certain dates (including public holidays, special events, or peak periods) unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase or booking.
8. Multiple Vouchers
   Unless otherwise stated, only one voucher may be used per booking or transaction.
9. No Commercial Use
   Gift vouchers may not be used for promotional, competition, or commercial purposes without prior written consent from Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort.
10. Right to Amend
    Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The version applicable will be that in force at the time of voucher purchase.
11. Partial Redemption
    If the full value of the voucher is not used in one transaction, no cash refund will be given. Any remaining balance will be forfeited unless otherwise stated.
12. Price Changes & Supplements
    If the value of the service booked exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid at the time of booking or on departure. Vouchers cannot be used to offset price increases or seasonal supplements unless explicitly stated.

Discounted & Promotional Gift Vouchers

1. Use of Discounted Vouchers
   Discounted or promotional gift vouchers may only be redeemed against new, full-price bookings and are subject to availability.
2. Exclusions on Balances & Existing Bookings
   Discounted or promotional vouchers cannot be used to:
   1. Pay or part-pay outstanding balances
   2. Reduce the cost of an existing booking
   3. Pay deposits or final balances for weddings, private events, or group bookings
   4. Be applied retrospectively to bookings already made.
3. No Use on Discounted Products or Offers. Discounted or promotional gift vouchers may not be used in conjunction with:
   1. Any other discount, promotion, special offer, or package
   2. Negotiated or preferential rates
   3. Seasonal offers or event pricing
4. Weddings & Events Exclusion. Unless expressly stated in writing, gift vouchers, particularly discounted or promotional vouchers, are not valid for use against weddings, private events, or exclusive-use bookings.
5. One Offer Per Transaction. Only one voucher or promotional offer may be used per booking or transaction.
6. Management Discretion. Forbes of Kingennie Country Resort reserves the right to refuse redemption of a voucher where misuse is suspected or where voucher terms have not been met.
