Golf Professional
Our lessons are suitable for everyone from complete beginners to more advanced players.
Our resident PGA Professional is Andy Todd. Andy has been teaching at Forbes of Kingennie since 2015. A fully qualified PGA member since 2018, Andy offers golf coaching for a range of different abilities, from beginners of around 5 years old, up to competing tournament professionals. Andy prides himself on the great reputation and high coaching standards he achieves. To supplement his knowledge of the golf swing, Andy is also certified through the Titleist Performance Institute and has been accredited by Katherine Roberts, as a Level 2 Yoga for Golfers instructor. Andy's full-time role is as Head of Golf, at Glenalmond College but he is always on hand for members and visitors to Kingennie, and will work to book lessons at times most convenient for you.
Whether you are a beginner, junior, senior or an advanced player – Andy will provide a full complement of lessons and packages to enhance your existing skills and fulfil your potential.

Greenkeeper
Our Head Greenkeeper here at Kingennie Golf Club is Gregor Norrie.
Gregor became our Head Greenkeeper in September 2006 and was responsible for the final shaping and the growing in of the course.
His career started in June 1994 undertaking an apprenticeship at Carnoustie Golf Links, once this was completed at the end of 1997 he moved to an inland resort, Letham Grange by Arbroath.
Whilst working here in 2000 the opportunity was taken to work for The Old Course Hotel St Andrews on The Dukes Course.
In 2001 the chance of working at one of the finest golf resorts worldwide, Gleneagles came up. Initially working on the Kings and Queens courses Gregor was quick to progress to a senior position on The PGA Centenary Course and was involved in the remodeling work for The Ryder Cup in 2014.
Throughout his career Gregor has prepared courses to 5 star resort standards and has worked at various European Tour events.
Today, Gregor is responsible for all aspects of the course and he ensures that it is in great condition throughout the season.
