Our response to Novel Coronavirus
In these uncertain times, we want you to understand the procedures and actions we are taking at the resort. The safety and well-being of our staff, guests and associates are always our highest priorities. As part of our ongoing commitment to provide a health and safe working environment for everyone, we are continually monitoring the status of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We are committed to being responsive, observing guidance on prevention measures from global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and CDC).
What Forbes of Kingennie is doing:
The resort is currently open during all regular business hours. We are taking extra precautionary measures to disinfect the resort throughout each day. Public areas are already cleaned daily, but we are increasing our efforts at cleaning high-touch and high-traffic areas such as entry’s, door handles, tables, seating areas and card machines. Our team members remain dedicated to going above and beyond with regimented cleaning processes possible. On that note we’ve retrained our entire staff in thorough and frequent hand-washing and have been instructed to not work if they experience fever or any Coronavirus symptoms.
As we continue to operate without interruption, rest assured that we will continue to put proactive efforts into place so our resort remains safe, comfortable and always impeccable.
