The Lodge House is perfectly situated, nestled in our mature woodland area, sleeping up to four people. With a large driveway from the main route through the resort the Lodge House benefits from its own outdoor space.
On entering the Lodge House the entrance hall has a bespoke, wooden spiral staircase leading to the first floor. Leading from the entrance hall are the bedrooms and master bathroom.
The spacious master bedroom has a king sized bed and is furnished to a very high standard with modern pieces. The room is aesthetically pleasing with a rounded wall and this, alongside the contemporary decorating creates a very unique feel to the room. The second bedroom, a twin, is again decorated and furnished to a high standard and benefits from being very private at the rear of the property which looks out onto our natural woodlands. The family bathroom is fitted with a modern suite, with a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail.
Ascending the spiral staircase you are met with a modern open plan living area. With lots of natural light flooding the space from the north and south facing windows, as well as the four velux windows, the space is fashionable yet homely. The living area has a real wood burning stove which is the real focal point of the room, which also benefits from Sky TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with appliances and utensils, with a dining table and chairs for four people, and modern wooden flooring.
